Burger King in Neu-Ulm

Been there about a week ago. Staff at the drive super nice, burgers were a bit dry, next time a little more sauce would not hurt. ✌ Otherwise great.

You can get food inside during the Corona period, but you cannot eat there until 9 p.m. and the Drive Inn is open until 11 p.m. ...

Recently absolutely recommendable. See fast and competent service and very good out-of-home service. I found the big, super well-packed paper bag in which you simply get the burger including drinks (!) Completely pressed into your hand!

We recently went there for dinner. Two burgers took longer, so we were offered a free cappuccino. Incredibly friendly employee at the cash desk, who kindly opened the door for us when leaving the restaurant without being asked because we had a stroller with us. Absolutely exemplary and no comparison to many other BK's.

Today I was at Burger King Neu-Ulm in Starkfeld and ordered the number Y29 two double burgers XXL with a coke and a coupon. French fries ........ I have never eaten so badly in a Burger King let alone at Mc Donald as there was just terrible !!!!!! ☹? New Franchisees ?? 1 x King Whopper 3 x Chilli cheeseburger lukewarm to cold, cheese laid on it normally, nothing melted. Kingshake 0.2 L, small portion of french fries for € 1.74 extremely small. Does not have to be. Said delivery service is no longer available, ingredients are missing (ceasar wrap had no pardamo on it) .... It is best to close and provide the space for something better. UNDERGROUND!!!!!

Quite a few guests, which doesn't have a good atmosphere. Otherwise it tastes really good and fries are better than with MDs.

2 visits, which are totally different. Last time, our order was compiled quite quickly. A burger was missing and the hell was going on. It took 15 minutes for the last burger to arrive. We were not offered to take a seat. So we waited at the box office without an apology let alone without compensation. But as so often, one should not assume that it is always so. So we were in again today. And look, all right. Although nothing was going on, but it was all right. A missing part was brought to our table this time. It was clean and with appropriate coupons also quite affordable. Staff was friendly. You can not expect more from a fast food restaurant.

I ordered online many times. They never bring the right order. This last time they forgot the chips and the guy literally run away instead of even looking for a solution. Worst personal ever!
